NanaDC TAG Heuer has long had a deep association with the world of motorsport. From their solid case design, to their bold chronograph pushers and iconic dial markings, the Formula 1 watch series is instantly recognizable by the sheer power of its design language.

Today, the brand is launching three new watches that take their Formula 1 line in a slightly different direction. The first of these is a brushed and polished stainless steel chronograph with a Gulf-inspired orange rubber bracelet. The other two take the same basic design but offer a different color palette and different dial style.
Both of these options feature a 43 millimeter case that is a size that we feel works very well for this kind of sports watch. TAG Heuer is also pairing these watches with a comfortable, double-folding security clasp and a durable sapphire crystal caseback engraved with the Gulf logo.
Of the two remaining models, the yellow dial is perhaps the most distinctive, featuring a bright sunburst color and contrasting red accents for both the chronograph seconds hand and the accent rungs surrounding the subdials. This model is a bit more understated than the other two, but still looks quite good on the wrist and definitely stands out in a crowd.
Like the other members of the Formula 1 family, this watch is powered by a reliable Swiss quartz movement and a fine-brushed stainless steel case. It has a 200 meter water resistance rating and luminous hands and indices that are actually legible underwater-something that not all waterproof sports watches can manage.
